The Job I Want to Do in the Future
I have had various dreams throughout my life. As a child, I admired my uncle who was a police officer and wanted to become one too, but as I grew older, I felt the job was too dangerous and gave up on that idea.
In middle school, I didn’t study seriously, so my high school entrance exam scores weren’t great. Therefore, I chose to study mechanical engineering at a comprehensive high school. Initially, I had no interest in it, found the subjects boring, and the factory internships challenging. However, I realized the importance of studying hard, thinking that learning skills would undoubtedly be beneficial in the future. I continued this study in college.
After graduating from university, I went to China for work. Starting a new life in China, meeting various people, and feeling very excited. However, the technical level at work was completely different from what I learned at school, and I made many mistakes in the beginning. But these became valuable experiences. I met some excellent engineers who taught me how to use AutoCAD and gradually became interested in this field.
I was in charge of plug design. Seeing many wonderful designs during product planning in the factory was very educational for an engineer like me. I want to create even more amazing designs. Therefore, after graduating from Japanese language school, I plan to return to my country and continue studying mechanical engineering while working. It will be difficult, but I believe that hard work will surely pay off. My current dream is to become a design engineer.
