When I was a kid, I saw Honda’s ASIMO on TV.
Since then, I have been interested in robots. I believe that robots will play an active role in the world in the future, so I want to become an engineer and build robots.
A robot is a device or machine that performs tasks autonomously in place of humans. Recently, semi-autonomous mobile devices such as drones have been developed.

These robots take care of the elderly and disabled, protect the environment, and perform dangerous or difficult tasks. In the near future, many robots will be developed that can move continuously with some degree of autonomy or respond to random movements. These include industrial robots, military robots, and cleaning robots.

I came to Japan to study the technology for building such robots. I chose Japan because Japanese robot technology is advanced even by world standards. I plan to major in engineering in college. After graduation, I would like to work in Japan for a few years to gain experience. After that, I would like to return to my home country and get a job making mouth robots.
