To Myself in 10 Years
I came to Japan last April. When I first arrived, I had trouble with communication because I didn’t understand much Japanese. I started studying Japanese from scratch at a Japanese language school. When I faced difficult problems, I thought about giving up, thinking ‘This is beyond my abilities.’ However, thanks to the kind explanations from my teachers, my Japanese gradually improved, and I started thinking about what to study at a vocational school.
Since I’m interested in computers, I chose an IT school. I hope to study IT and work in Japan. After working in Japan for about five years, I plan to return to Vietnam and start my own IT company.
In 10 years, I will be running my IT company in Vietnam. Beside me will be my wife and two children. I believe that in 10 years, I will be living happily with my family.
When I was 18, my father told me, ‘Many people think money is the most important thing in life, but for me, money is just something for living. You cannot buy family or happiness with money.’ Therefore, I am now gaining various experiences in Japan for myself in 10 years. I am working hard to make my future wife and children happy.
