My name is An. My hobby is reading books. When I was a child, my sister used to read to me. She taught me how to read at home. Because I knew how to read, I could read books before entering school. As a child, I often took and read books from my two sisters.

When I was a middle and high school student, I loved the library. I borrowed books from the library and a lot from my friends. When I had free time, I read from morning till night. At that time, my eyesight worsened and I was scolded by my father. Presents for Christmas and birthdays were books. I like manga, fairy tales, and novels.

When I came to Japan, I couldn’t bring books with me, which was a pity. Recently, I found someone who sells Vietnamese books, and I was able to buy some. I was very happy.
Reading books gives you various knowledge, helps in dictation, and improves your writing skills. So, everyone, please read books when you have time. My dream is to become a bookseller. I am studying Japanese now. Once I get better at Japanese, I want to read Japanese manga in Japanese.
