Japanese Songs
When I was fascinated by Japanese culture in Vietnam, I grew to love Japanese songs. For example, songs like “Goodbye,” “Beloved Person,” and “Thank You.” I especially like the song “Sakura” by Ikimono Gakari.
The first time I heard it, it moved me deeply. This song tells the story of a young wife who passed away in a traffic accident, leaving behind her grieving and sorrowful husband. This song resonates with anyone’s heart.
Every time I listen to this song, I also feel it. The sorrow and pain of the husband who couldn’t save his wife weigh heavily on my heart as I listen more. So, even now, in my free time, I listen to this song.
