Why I Came to Japan
I was born 23 years ago. Since childhood, I have always wanted to go abroad. I often watched Japanese movies on TV and loved anime. That’s why I decided to go to Japan in the future. After graduating from a university in Vietnam, I studied abroad in Japan. After consulting with my family, I decided to study overseas. I chose Japan because, though geographically and culturally close to Vietnam, it has many differences that interested me. I graduated from an electrical engineering university in Vietnam and had experience in electronics repair, so I wanted to find a job in Japan.
Also, watching Japanese anime like Doraemon when I was young was a trigger, and I started studying Japanese on my own. Even after entering university, I continued studying Japanese. As I studied, I wanted to know more about Japan and see it with my own eyes. So, I decided to study in Japan.
Currently, in my country, Japanese-made cars like Toyota and Honda are popular. The reason is their durability and seldom breaking down, reflecting Japan’s high technology and quality. I wondered how Japan, a country without many natural resources, could have such economic power. Moreover, Japan is a country with world-leading technological power. That’s why I thought of studying abroad to learn about Japanese technology. My study abroad life in Japan continues. I am determined to work hard.
