My Experience in Japan So Far
It has been over a year since I came to Japan. This year has been filled with various experiences.
I arrived in Japan in July last year, when it was very hot. I came to Japan filled with curiosity. Since arriving, I’ve worked part-time at a hospital. During this time, I’ve also gone on a school trip to Kyoto and taken Japanese language exams. Time has passed very quickly. Before I knew it, half a year had passed, and it was March. I attended the graduation ceremony of my seniors.
After a while, I took the Japanese language exam again. But when the results came out in August, I was very sad. Why was my score lower than before? Perhaps I didn’t study enough.
During the summer break, I returned to China. I met with my family and friends and had meals together. It was enjoyable. After the summer break, I returned to Japan, and since then, many things have happened. Our class? The class changed. We all went on another school trip together. The most challenging things were renewing my residency card and choosing a new school. Both had looming deadlines, which made it difficult. There’s another Japanese language exam in December.
I will graduate from this school in March next year. By then, it will have been two years since I came to Japan. I think I’ve made many mistakes since coming to Japan. It’s regrettable, but I can’t change the past. However, I can change my mindset. I want to set new goals and challenge myself in a new life. I look forward to my next year at a new school. Life has its ups and downs. I will continue to face tough realities and do my best.
